Custom vehicle charter offers a relaxing and comfortable travel environment and great flexibility and efficiency to enrich your Okinawa experience. Our drivers are true professionals and fully attentive to all your needs.

The charter service is ideal for a variety of occasions, including wedding transportation, employee incentive trips, special guest transportation, golf vacations, and airport transfers, and it's also suitable for business purposes, such as transportation between the hotel and conference/banquet venue. In addition, a one-way airport transfer service to/from your accommodation is available.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are also available on request. Please contact us for details.

Charter prices

*A 10 percent consumption tax is included in the prices above.
*Vehicle charters are available for 4 hours or more.

For charters departing from and returning to Naha:

• - 4-hour bookings are limited to destinations within Naha city.
• - 5-hour bookings only apply to the southern area (Urasoe, Naha city, and areas further south).
• - 6-hour minimum bookings are required for the northern area (Onna Village, Nago).
• - 7-hour minimum bookings are required for trips to Ocean Expo Park and Churaumi Aquarium (Motobu area), and Yambaru National Park areas.

*The charter time starts when passengers board the vehicle at the pick-up point and ends when passengers exit the vehicle.
*Passenger capacity is subject to the volume of luggage.
*Usage of the vehicles after 20:00 will be subject to a 20 percent surcharge.

Operation policy

• - All drivers receive a health check-up and are also tested for the presence of alcohol in their bloodstream every morning before starting work.
• - All charter vehicles are well maintained and inspected regularly.
• - All drivers maintain a professional appearance, while all charter vehicles are cleaned using an ozone generator regularly.
• - All vehicles are authorized by the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism for the commercial transportation of passengers.

Notes

• - 10 percent consumption tax is inclued in the prices listed.
• - No smoking in the vehicle.
• - Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the vehicle.
• - The passenger limit for each vehicle is determined by law. (Passenger capacity is subject to the volume of luggage.)
• - If there is an increase in the number of passengers without advance notice on the day of the reservation, the charter may have to be canceled.
• - No money will be refunded if the charter is canceled due to violation of any of the regulations listed above. Customer must pay for damage or cleaning in full.
  - We, Island Life Concierge, act solely as an agent between the client and the service provider, and we are not liable for any injury or death that may occur during the services reserved through us.

Cancellation policy

• - Cancellations made 4-6 days prior to the service date will be charged 30 percent of the quoted full rate as a cancellation fee.
• - Cancellations made 1-3 days prior to the service date will be charged 50 percent of the  quoted full rate as a cancellation fee.
• - Cancellations made on the same day of service will be charged the quoted full rate as a cancellation fee.
• - Please inform us of any cancellation at least one week prior to the service date in order to avoid any cancellation fees.
• - All cancellations must be received by Island Life Concierge during office hours. Office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 (local Japanese time)

Reservation deadline

• - All reservations: 5 days in advance (reservations accepted until 17:00)
• - Your inquiry will be responded to within two business days.
